Tech or Technical Diving is more than just a step beyond traditional recreational diving it's an entirely new field with new rules, equipment and risks to your life. It can also offer a lot more excitement and chances to learn. In order to drum up support and interest for Technical Diving PADI is offering a "Tech Xplor Day" on June 6th.
I imagine the Tech Xplor Day is much like a discover scuba day where you get about an hour in the gear and in a pool with an instructor. Personally I think this would be fun to do if it wasn't on a week day.
